I need some help naming a part..

Identifying a part on my suby..
i only have the drivers side, but im looking for the passenger side. let me know what these are called. and where i can get them?

that is an aftermarket grille insert... i forgot what the brand is called. Not sure if it's sold at a subaru dealer
