How to hook up HIDs?

i am lost, i just got my 10k H1 HID's in but i have no clue how to hook them up. I have all the ballast conencted to the bulb and everything, then i know i have to find a 12v and a ground for the ballast. now there is an extra wire that i cant find out where it connects to and it also needs a 12v and a ground but its not attached to the light bulb, the other end is just a clip. now none of the clips fit my existing cilp that comes outa the bulb, am i doing somthing wrong? this is on a 05 wrx. Thanks for all the info.

*and i tired to read the manual on how to install but half of it is in japanese and its very short and not clear.

you need to use the same power source that lights the bulbs when its stock. i have not done mine yet either because i was waiting to remove them and clear my lenses then install the HID kit, follow the wire from the bulb and see if there is another connector where the power and ground are in the same connector? im not sure if there is but should be one.
make you connection there.
i hope that helps i may do mine this weekend if time allows then i can help you out more.
remember the WRX uses the low beam bulbs for DTRL you cant do that with HIDS its reduced power it may hurt the ballast
