How to aim the headlights up & down

ill take a stab at this one. I have morettes on an 01 rs and there are plastic wingnuts that you spin to angle the light. Back your car 20 feet away from a wall and make sure the beam comes to you waist or lower. Take a good look, they arent easy to find on my lights...and they still arent angled properly!

I also have a 03 WRX wagon. If you found visible screws (phillips head, pointing down) to adjust the lights, they are for UP and DOWN adjustment.
The right - left adjustments are hidden and covered by a rubber cap. These screws are hidden (recessed) in the housings and are the screws are "pointing" towards the front of the car. I found them using a small mirror. I then used tweezers to pull the rubber cap off to reveal the adjustment screws (also phillip head). The manual says the vertical adjustment is not "adjustable".
I forget which way CW/CCW resulted in right-left adjustment. I think CW moved my right light off the shoulder and more onto the road.
