Thanks :-)

No, most likely you cannot put the horn back on. I have a Cusco bar and was forced to remove the horn. However, i will make another mounting bracket for it.

Anyway, we've now ruled that out as your problem. There may indeed be something wrong with your alarm.
Oh, the alarm itself works fine (I just tested it today by arming the car and then unlocking the trunk without disarming the car -- nice loud horn!); it just appears the dashboard LED isn't working or is so dim it can only be seen in complete darkness. If I look at the dash in strong light I can see the white "dot" and the word ALARM in the center of the light bar, so at least the mask for the light is installed...

I was planning on changing my dash LEDs to blue next week, so I think I'll take a few minutes and swap out the alarm LED and do the mod that started this thread as well. I'll post some before and after pics when I do it. Anyone know where I can get some "factory alarm installed" stickers for my windows? The dealer/factory appears to have forgotten to install those as well...

Why not just follow the HOW TO that this thread was originall about Blinky up the wazoooooooo! Not by much, but a wee bit less nerdy than "Got alarm?" stickers
