I have a 2000 2.5 RS and as wondering if the hood shocks that I see people putting on their 04-06 STi's will it on my car, they are the things on each side of the hood so you don't have to use you're hood prop. Hope you know what I'm talking about, they may not even make it for my car I dunno?

 

They are called hood dampers. Im pretty sure they will work for RS because it is bolted down by one of the fender bolts and the bottom bolt on the hood.

 

I could see it working if I had an 04-06 RS but mine is the older body style GC8 2000 RS, and I didn't know if the bolts were in the same places, has anyone done this before?
