well as the title says i hit a deer on my way home tonight in the middle of the city no less !!!!!! i was lucky in that the only part of my car thats damaged is my left mirror that hit the deers head. now the swivel part is nonfunctional. the mirror will not stay in place. is there a way to pull the glass off to see behind it so i can see if i can fix it or if i have to replace it. any insight would be great.

 

wow.. well the glass should pop out if you pull on it, but even than i think you will need another mirror
