help my body kit piant is falling off

hey i have a wings west body kit for my 03 and the paint is falling of due to a bad paint job, but every where i go to get it re painted they turn me down they say that they wont even touch it. i know my last kit wasnt prepaired right it wasnt sanded or primed and now im stuck cause i have to strip the old paint off befor i get it repainted. help..............

ways to help
i live in nj so if you know any body shop that will do this tell me
how to remove the paint my self with out damaging the poly urthain
process of stoping the paint from futher chiping

I hate to say it, but your kit may not be worth saving. I don't wanna rag on you or anything, but the Wings West kit is kinda shoddy to begin with. Combined with the poor paintjob and refusal of other body shops to help out, you might just consider getting rid of it or trying to pawn it off to someone else. It'd probably take a healthy amount of money to get the paint stripped and redone properly and professionally.
I suggest starting over with a nicer kit (C-West, Alles Create, Prova, Aqua FSP, etc.) and getting the painting done right this time. This probably wasn't what you wanted to hear, huh?

i found out i can stirp the paint for nothing so thats ok and i love the way my kit looks so ... my dad and i have a 68 cammaro and a 66 vette, so we have paint strip that we used on the vett wich is all fiberglass and should work on poly urthain so it all ok for now i need to get a good paint job but i dont know where in nj

The fact that most major bodyshop does not except aftermarket part and parts that are made from fiberglass is because people are taking it back for the warranty to repaint. This will cost them a whole bunch of cash and time.

If all else fail, paint them yourself
