HELP! HID Install

I've got new HIDs! woohoo! problem is, i can't install. I actually have a couple of questions.

#1 Has anyone heard anything on this brand? does the brand matter since they're all from china? my dad got em for me on his trip to china. They're "Vikousi" brand

#2 They are supposed to be low and high beam HID's. There are 4 ballasts in this kit. No igniters? my cousin installed HID's on his 04 and he had 2 ballasts and 2 igniters.

#3 Is the kit supposed to come with the relay harnesses? The 4 ballasts connect to the bulb and then they both have two prongs. Will I need to splice? I looked at the plug that's connected to the stock headlight bulb and it's got 3 wires. a yellow, orange and black one. Which one is positive? ground?

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't it come with a manual or their in japanese/chinese? Its better to have a relay, if it didn't come with them. If you didn't get the plug and play HID kit then you might need to take it a prof to install the kit.

H4?

but it thought the H1 and all those other bulbs were for the 04+ I'm pretty sure the kit is for a 9007 which would work for my 02 wrx. Could you be a little more specific ride4life32? I need to know what to cut and how to splice. Or did you make a relay harness?

Thanks!`

Yeah, it came with no instructions or relay harness. Would you happen to know where I could find a plug and play kit for installing there? wouldn't it be easier to just cut and splice? prof install seems a bit like overkill for this.
