Well, i just installed some "aftermarket" bulbs in my headlamps. Now when I turn on the brights, the fogs go off as usual, but only the driver light goes to "high beam", and the passenger headlamp goes off completely.

What do you think the problem is? Anyone else have or heard of this problem?

Sounds like just a bad passenger side light bulb, like the hi beam filament it burnt out

Thanks... wierd because I just got these. I'm gonna have to take them back if this is the case. No biggie, they were only $20 a pair (including tax) so I thought I'd try them out.

 

Don't know if they will let you take them back because if its electrical, most places won't do returns if it has been installed, but give it a shot. If they don't take them back them do this to them:

 

sounds like a burnt filament. happened to me twice already, now im back to stock.

 

becarful not to melt your harnesses! That really sux
