Help ! dashboard temp gauge reads wrong

Thumbs down Help ! Temp Guage broken

Jumped in the car today.





Anyone have the same problem?

Mine does the same thing... It always reads higher than it really is. You have to remember that the temp gauge will read air temp that is coming off the car too... and you car gets HOT.

drive around a bit to cool it off. if your car has been sitting in the sun it will read higher than wat it is. i was in san mateo today it read 120 drove around for a bit it dropped to 92. its not broken =)

Hmmm... Does anyone know where the temp guage is located? I wanna see if it will read up to 666 degrees.

its in front of the bumper under the license plate area. you'll see a plastic plug there. =)
