There are no "replicas" out there that are any good. You may see the cheapo "WRC Look" lights on Ebay (or whatever they are called) for anywhere from $100-200 or so but they are total garbage and bear zero resemblance to JDMs or any other true projector lights.
Keep an eye on the private classifieds here and at NASIOC, used JDMs and EDMs do occasionally turn up for much less than new ones. Bear in mind that the JDMs have the incorrect RHD beam pattern and ideally if you get these they should be opened up and modified before use on US roads. This will eliminate the problem of blinding oncoming drivers and make the lights more useful to you. EDMs have the proper LHD pattern and can be used as is, but are usually harder to find and more expensive.
Morettes are a lower-cost alternative and actually produce better lighting than the JDM/EDMs because they use H7 low beams instead of H1.

Someone on ebay sells brand-new OEM replacements with blacked out reflectors... $200 if I recall correctly

Or you can always paint the stock ones like the ones helladumb linked to. You need to cook then in an oven to get them open, but the rest is pretty simple. Cheapest option out there. Haven't done it myself though. I'm just a little too worried about wrecking lights I need to use every day. So the ebay version is good too. I would like to see someone that has bought them though. Should be fine, but you never know.
