Yep I just did mine this weekend,

Here's what i did,

Heated the oven to 200 degrees
put the headlights in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes
took them out, pulled the headlight apart.
took out the orange stuff
pushed headlight pieces back together
put headlight back in oven for another 10 to 15 minutes
and made sure that the pieces were totally back together.

If you want some more descripitive directions go to www.scoobymods.com

and do a search. Thats what I did

I got my new turn bulbs at Napa. Believe it or not they had to order them from the APC catalog. I don't have it with me but i'll post the part number. They look silver but glow amber. pretty cool. I did my HL mod about 3 weeks ago. I have some condensation in 1 of my lights i guess i'll have to put it back in the oven clean it out. and seal it better with more black gook. SOme said to add some but i thouhgt i had enough. Oh well!

In case you were wondering, Sylvania manufactures these (Sylvania Silvervisions) and they're available at Kragen's, Checker's, or whatever automotive supplies store is in your neck of the woods.

Yeah I found out Silvania does make it but none of the CSK stores (Checkers Schucks Kragen) in my region carry the 1156 model cuz their werehouse doesnt stock them. Guess I'll have to order them online.
