They're called Morettes

 

They are Morettes, but it looks like they are painted. Don't Morettes usually only come in a single color?

Morettes come unpainted, the covers are black ABS plastic. Some vendors will have them painted for you for an additional charge, or you can get them painted yourself. The "racoon" look in the linked pic above is just an alternate painting scheme that some owners have used.
