hey guys. i'm thinking about getting the sbc i-color. i think someone said it was a single din, so hopefull i've got enough space.

anyway, i've got an 05, so the ash tray is covered by that door. i know you can take the ash try itself out; but i still dont think that's enough room for the i-color. is there any way i could take out the lighter and the piece that holds it? if i could get another couple inches, i could just make a nice plate for the i-color to sit in. it's plenty deep enough so i could still use the door to cover up the i-color when i'm not using it. any thoughts?

yea you can take apart the cig lighter+ashtry thing. just grab from your shift boot and grap the side of the panel. pull up and the thing should pup up. pull on the plug connecthing the cig lighter and just pry off the stuff.
