green film behind the odometer

green film behind the odometer

Hi does anybody here know how to remove the green film behind the odometer??
(I have already removed the green film behind the dial and was stuck on this odometer)
Really need your help

what does this do? does it make the gauges white instead/ i hate the green..lol

U can say so cause if the green film is removed u can put what ever colour of bulb of your choice.....

interior lighting/ gauge cluster

a simple search would yield MANY posts and some really good stickies about this subject. check out salty's sticky or go to nasioc.com and check out trunkmonkey's stickies..
you have to sand off the green film and then you can either use bulb covers (www.partsexpress.com) or replace them with led's (www.superbrightleds.com)

Hi dubRexer thank for info.... I had already sand off those green film behind the dial and left only this two indicator dont know how to it.... : (
I had already do a search and not much info on this.So need help on this.

i believe the odometer uses green covered bulbs? did you look at the bulbs at all?

Hi

I had already checked and there is a piece of green plastic below the LCD screen and the bulb are those normal bulb with no cover.The problem is that i dont know how to remove that green plastic.

So anyone help......
