Exclamation Fuse labeled "back" blows when I shift into reverse.

Vehicle:
02 wrx wagon 5 speed 199k miles

Mods:
- APS 65mm cai
- Turboxs RFL
- Hella horns "disconnected at the moment"

Symptoms:
- Putting the car in reverse pops the fuse labeled "back" and turns the ABS light on. The ABS light turns off once out of reverse.
- Fans kick on and stay on after I put it into reverse.
- Highbeams don't work
- Cruise doesn't work
- Foglights don't work
- Speedo doesn't work when the headlights are fully turned on. (It works fine when the headlights are completely off or in the "parking lights" selection)

The previous owner had the car wired for subs and Satellite radio. I've pulled all of those wires out looking for shorts. No luck.

I've looked around in several sites and google trying to find information about this and found that the "backup light switch" may be the problem. Well, I replaced that tonight and am still having the problem.

Anyone with a suggestion?

Thanks
