Front End Bra for '05 WRX Wagon
I bought my WRX about 7 months ago, and now the front end looks like a starry night it has so many paint chips. I have heard Subarus have thin paint, but my black subaru is not helping hide any of the chips.
My solution is to get a front end bra for my car to cover up the chips and eliminate more from forming. Anyone know a good brand and where I can get it?

In the past, Subaru did not recommend using a bra on the turbo cars because it would interfere with airflow to the intercooler. Not sure if that is still the case on the newer body styles.
Also while a bra may prevent further chipping, it can cause paint damage on its own due to it moving around against the paint, and trapping water underneath after it rains.
A better option (although not cheaper) would have been to apply clear-bra to the front of the car when first purchased, thus preventing the chips from happening in the first place. Now that the damage is done, you'd have to get the bumper and hood repainted and then apply the clear-bra afterward.

Ahhhh.... so the dealer wasnt blowing smoke up my ***! That explains why I could never find a Subaru one.... Subaru has them online for the Impreza/Legacy models but not for turbo models (WRX or LGT). My buddy with an LGT was looking at them for trips to Tahoe, he ended up with some random brand. Thanks for confirming.
