Fog Light Wiring
Hey guys sorry if this is a repost, but,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to rewire the fog lamps on a 99RS so that they are the only lights that come on, or if I can just have the lights on in the first position just to have the foglamps on.

You could try scoobymods.com but this won't be a popular lighting mod. In many states, driving with fog lights or parking lights alone is illegal.
You might consider just running a new auxiliary switch and wiring to the fog lights and use a 12v relay mounted near the battery to supply current to the lights.
