how do you turn them off on a 2006 impreza non turbo
i just insatalled hids

I'm not sure if the set up changed for the newer model years but in my 03 all you have to do is take out your golve box and unplug this connector seen in this link...

it only takes like 5 minutes so maybe its worth a shot to check? hope it helps
