I saw a post a few years ago about wiring the side marker lights on a 2002 WRX to flash with the blinkers. Can anyone point me in the right direction for that post? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

i did that mod a while ago. its not very hard at all. but they blink differently with the lights on vs with the lights off. they will blink together(blinker and side marker) with the lights off and will blink alternating with the lights on.
