Clearing up my headlights

Clearing up my headlights

What do i need to clear up my foggy headlights, its starting to really irritate me, and i have no clue what id need or what to do, though id assume it involves a buffer and some sort of sealent, any ideas guys?

compound and polish by hand, finish it off with a coat of hand wax. done it to my lights about 4 times now. works great, but subaru heatlights love to fog up for some reason... :/

Thank you for the quick response, but what type of compound are you referring to exactly, im brand new to auto body, only having done al ittle bit of waxing before so i dont really know, is it rubbing compound or something else?
