Wait a tick, I thought that you were supposed to set the oven to 200. Hmm maybe that's why my headlight went out.

Sorry for the unrelatedness, but how the heck do you remove the headlight on an '06 STi. The little peanut bulb in the corner went out and I can't seem to reach the screws. (I know it's pathetic I can't change a light bulb, but I swear you have to be triple jointed.)

I wanna say that there are a couple screws along the top of the housing. Remove those and it should come out. There are also 1 or 2 screw on the inside ede of the lights that you will have to take out the grill to get to. I know Ryan (Irish_car_b0mb) knows the drill. You could shoot him a pm.

yeah jourdan doesnt know anything

the little peanut bulb is easy to get to you just need a pair of needle nmose pliers. it only need about a quarter turn and it should pop right out.

if you still cant do it

if is on the driver side, i would remove the battery first, way less pain in the ***.

passenger side remove the ram air scoop.

but if you absolutely wanna take the headlight out, pop the hood, you need to take out all of the plastic plus holding the trip together, you also need to remove the grills, just pull on them hard and they come out

next there is 2-4 nuts bolts on each side of the headlight toward the center. i say 2-4 because i haven't done it in a while and cant remember.

anyway undo these, and here is the tricky part, you need to pull the headlight out enough to pop it off the bolts and then wiggle the part loose by the fender.

i like to use blue tape to protect the fender corner of the headlight from scratching it up.

with the sti though its a little tough because the ballast is mounted on the bottom of the headlights so this makes it a bt more difficult.

anyway i will see if i can find the link or painting the 06-07 headlights and basically just do the first few steps.

however i think removing the battery s much easier.

Bingo. Yeah I don't know jack about anything 07 and older. I know that with my car I have to remove the whole damned bumper to take the headlights off. Such a PITA.
