i got a fix it ticket while driving home on 280 tonight and the highway patrol officer said that my taillights weren't on. the tails only come on when i step on the brakes. my question is..is it the fuse or the light bulb? if it is the fuse, can i buy it at kragens? what is the part number?

and my second question is...how should i fix my headlight which is fogging up. should i pop it in the oven for 5 mins so whatever liquid is inside will vaporize or should i drill a tiny hole so air can go in?

oh yah...another idea...should i just go down to redwood city subaru and ask them to fix it for me? my car is still underwarrenty i think...
