Armrest extension?

I'm considering the armrest extension for my 2001 2.5 RS coupe.

Anyone have this? Does it just take the place of the current
cover? Same mounting holes? What about the color?

My interior is the factory leather in black/charcoal........

Very simple to install just uses the same 2 screws at the hinge. Extra storage is nice. Some people complain that it gets in the way of shifting. Myself, I don't have a problem with it. I have the gray one that matches nicely.
