I was looking for one about a month ago. I went to my Suby dealer to see if I could get one, but they said it doesnt exist. I did the install by putting the mounting studs in the wing, positioning the wing on the trunk and then slapping the top once with both hands. I then drilled the holes where the mounting studs left indentations. It worked fine and produced a clean installation. Let me know if you do find a factory template, as I know there are other people who would like one also.

Oh, I was scared #$%&less when I was doing it since I was only going off of what I thought would work and not what was recommended. Just double and triple check everything before you start drilling. Good thing is, if you do happen to screw something up, the base of the wing can cover it up.

I used 1-sided 1/4" black foam tape for the perimeter of the wing's base and ordered new stock foam-rubber washers from Subaru to seal the holes around the mounting studs. The foam tape keeps most of the water from getting under the wing. No leaks thus far and it rains just about every damn day here.
