Aiming Headlights?

Thanks for the direct link! I'll print that out.
But my real question on aiming is what am I aiming? I'm not actually pivoting the headlight assembly, am I? Do I just move that thing in front of the bulb (I don't know what it's called) up and down? And if that's what I move, how do I move it? is there a screw or something that will adjust it or do I physically move it up or down?

I am not 100% sure of this but I think the lights only pivot up and down... I do know that there is indeed a screw and tightening it will cause it to go one way and loosing it will cause it to go the other. When I did mine I not only did the measurement on the wall method, but I also have a really long driveway going into my apartment and I had someone stand a distance away and tell me if it was too high or low on one side. I did the fog lamps in the same manor. It worked out well....
