after market seat install

i just ordered some sparco seats, and i had a question. if i am not mistaken, our seats (2002) have side airbags, and when i install these seats will i set off some warning light, and if so, how do i avoid that?

3.3 ohm 1/4 watt resistor found at Radio Shack like five for $1 so they are cheap. Just stick it into the airbag plug and tape it up.

just to double check on the resistor value. its not 33 ohm, not 330 ohm, or 3.3k ohm? but its 3.3 ohm? i just thought that value was weird. thanx again
