We have factory rails for our '08 Impreza wagon and are now trying to decide on bike racks (and snowboard racks come winter).

The dealer has a demo rack for $180 CAD (regular $240).
I can get a Mont Blanc Barracuda (from Swagman) for $140 but does it require adapters?
Same with a Thule Big Mouth for $145, does it need adapters? I thought thule.com said I did but I want to make sure.

Does anybody have pictures of racks on factory racks? It is my wife's car and she will only ok it if it looks good.

 

I dont have a rack that rides on the roof rails. Mine clips in on under the window ledges.



my roommate has a 02 wagon and has a Thule rack. He just took it off so i cant snap any shots but his hooked right up with he rails

 

Thanks, but I was kind of looking for an '08-'09 with factory rack pictures.

I do like the ski rack with green grass in the background. Kind of like where we live; mow the grass then go riding in the afternoon.
