06 STi passenger side airbag on/off light

06 STi passenger side airbag on/off light
Sorry in advance if this info is somewhere else on this site but I couldn’t find. I just installed my Defi gauge pod and gauges in my 06 STi but if I remove the clock and airbag on/off module from the dash the airbag light stays on the main gauge cluster. is there a work around for this other then leaving the clock and airbag light under the gauge pod?
