'05 center console in '02 will it work

Will 05 center console fit in a 02, the part around the shifter all the way to the air vents?

I'm kinda interested in this myself. Does anyone know where to source a JDM center console so I wouldn't have to get a new e-brake assembly? (since the USDM 2005+ cars have the e-brake on the drivers side vs. passenger side)

It seems to do this conversion on 02-04 cars we would need:

* 05+ RHD center console
* 05+ vents and trim
* 05+ manual AC control bezel from a USDM 2.5RS (or 2.5i)
* 05+ power window controls

Am I missing anything?
