'04 STi rear bumper removal... How?

So I'm replacing my rear bumper, but I've run into a snag. I can't figure out how to get the current one off. Imprezer mentioned two bolts by the trunk latch. Ok, bolts are easy. Here's what's stumping me: There are screws on both sides of the bumper near the wheel wells. The heads of these screws face up into the body panel above the rear bumper (the screws actually sit in the body seam). Also, there are little snap dealies on the top of the bumper, just under the trunk's weather stripping that I can probably get, but I'd love a tip or two.

If any knows how to do this and willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
