Shift knob help.....

Shift **** help.....
Okay so this is my first car that has a reverse lock out. I tried to do as much research but can't seem to find anything about the 2015-2016 STI's. I was just wondering before I get a weighted shiftknob, do I need to buy a new lock out too? I was advised it would look stupid if I just got a shiftknob. I was looking into the NRG weighted quick throw or a mishimoto shift ****. But regardless of what shift **** I decide to go with, I just wanna make sure if I need to get another lock out
