Plasti-dipped my exhaust finishers

Hey guys new here. I hated how the exhaust finishers that came on my car that I got 3 weeks ago were silver, just seemed tacky. I removed them and I found holes in the diffuser which was ugly so I thought this might possibly look better. I usually suck at DIY stuff but I figured if I mess up with plasti-dip I can just have a friend respray it for me.

What do you guys think?

Before

Without with holes

With finishers plasti-dipped

Very nice. How is that paint with heat? There might be some heat from the exhaust while you are in traffic or sitting at idle.

I've been monitoring it ever since i did it and haven't found any issues with heat. No melting or anything i've seen.
