Sway Bar Install

I'm looking into buying whiteline 22mm front and 24mm adjustable rear sway bars. I need to be able to know how difficult it might be for me to install these on my own or if it's best to get them installed at a shop? I know I need to get an alignment right away after so I'm think it might be best to just do that at the same time. But near $100 per hour for labor can really be a bit**. How hard are these to install? Or how long should it take at the shop? I don't want them charging for 2 hours when it could be done in 1 hour.

Any info helps, thanks!
