OMG Help with Front Sway Install

I just installed and SPO 7/8th inch front sway on my 2.5 RS (gc8). I now have this loud clunk in the front when i go around a corner or over a bump with one wheel. Any help? I have regreased the mounting points to ensure there isnt any binding. I also have the whiteline anti lift kit, does this cause a problem with installing this bar? I am scared to drive the car without knowing what is wrong. PLease help!

Remove your aftermarket sway bar and reinstall your factory sway bar- its that simple- you factory sway bar works just fine- besides that- what year is your RS?

The new bar feels so good in a corner though. I have a 2000 RS coupe. I heard at one point that there was an interference issue with front sways on my car, but the vendor (spomotorsports) says there shouldnt be any issues...

everything on Subaru's works just fine, but that doesn't mean don't mod it if you can improve it

I still havent heard anyone say if they have ever heard of this? I have relubed everything and the noise has diminished near the center of the car (the mounts I assume). However, when I go over a large bump on one side only, the noise near the wheel is still terrible.

Hmmm... I would check everything again and tighten it all down. If that still doesn't work, put back the the stock one. Try to isolate things. Hope that helps.

Should I lube the endlinks (where they attach to the lower arm, and where they attach to the sway bar as well)? Is it possible that they are binding up and then release making the noise?

I know sometimes that the nuts on the endlink if not torqued properly allow the bolt to move back and forth through the swaybar and it can create some unpleasant noises...especially if only one side is not put together correctly.

Maybe the swaybar is sliding around, see how they secured it with a pipe clamp :
