I need some help, big problem!

So I just removed my rotor so I could replace it, as soon as I pulled off my rotor, two springs and two metal circle with a opening like a philip head fell off my rotor. Does anyone know what these things are? Also I removed my calibers and brake fluid. When I pushed on my brake pedal, I got no response back and the pedal went straight to the ground. Also when I wad driving around the block, I heard some loud noise coming from the rotors. I have no idea what that noise was, but it didn't sound like brake pads scratching my rotor. The noise happens when I am driving normally. My friend said that I was suppose to bleed the brake caliber, take out the fluid and air. But I have no idea how to bleed the air. I would appreciate it if you guys can help me. Thanks and happy holiday
