I thought about that but if the ps hose is supposed to be secured I'd like to keep it that way. I also thought about cutting out some rubber hose and fitting it around the ps hose. I'd rather do it correctly rather than a band aid. Can anyone take a pic of their engine bay so I can see how its supposed to be?

Adhesive felt or foam? Wrap some around the hose to fill the space between the hose and clamp.
