How To replace Driver side window

Need Help guys on replacing Driver side window
some one broke into my car....long story short i got the new window but its not working. i have pulled all the panal out and everything.... but the window is not aligning
any ideas ?????

There should be two mounting locations where the window screws into.
With the door panel/plastic weathering cover off, you should be able to drop the new window into and get it onto the mounting brackets.
Take some pictures, I'm sure we can get this fixed!
