My qtp down pipe has a wiring issue. The fuse always pops when I try to close my down pipe. So I change the fuse to close it, but does the same thing after I open it and try to close it. I'm not good with wires but I'm gonna try find out where it's grounding out or how. If anyone is good and in town please let me know! Thanks!

so it only blows a fuse on closing but will open fine?

 

if so it sounds like there is something blocking it from closing and the motor is drawing too much amperage for the fuse size. maybe gotta clean some of the carbon out or soray some lube of the butterly so it will close easier

as long as you are not boosting on your temp map/base map you can DD the **** out of your car with no problems. I do it all the time.

 

text sent...yea only closing it blows. changed fuse to close it and it closed then open and tried closing it again but blew again. frustrated so i tried just to close it and it blew again...
