I'm looking to rent a room or studio somewhere from Ewa Beach to Hawaii Kai, open to other locations if the price is right. Can't be too far, since my full time job is located in the Honolulu area. I'm currently living in Ewa Beach, but will be moving out in early november. My roommate, who is also my landlord, will be deployed to Iraq for a year. So because of this, I'm looking for another place ahead of time. I do prefer to rent at a home rather than an apartment. But at this point, I'm open to both locations. I looking to spend a maximum rent of $400 a month with utilities included. I'm just looking for private space to rest my head. I'm very active and hard working, so I'm not home most of the time. If needed, I could also help around the house. Also, I need a dedicated parking stall for 1 of my cars. I own 2 vehicles. The dedicated parking stall will be for my STi. The daily driver, I can park on the street. If I can get parking for both, even better
