Red face Anyone looking for a room to rent?

Full Disclosure: My girlfriend and I cannot live with our current housemate anymore (he's disrespectful, smokes inside of the house, etc...) and since the lease is now over we are looking for a new place. We don't have another place YET, however we are trying to get a 2-3 bedroom house somewhere in San Jose or the surrounding area. In order to do that, we need to line up a 3rd person to be able to afford such a place.

We're looking for someone between 21 and 30-ish who can afford $7-$800/month + utilities, who isn't a douchebag, and who possibly shares similar interests as us.

A little background on us:
Me: 26 years old, part-time student, full-time in house security supervisor at a growing datacenter corporation. My hobbies include cars (duh), video games, technology, beer, and other nerdy s--t.

Her: 23 years old, full-time nanny for an affluent family in Los Altos. She likes to cook, listen to music, and most of the time if she's home she will be quietly browsing the internet (Reddit, etc).

Typically on the weekends we like to chill at home with some beer and relax, maybe have a few friends over. This may be a deal breaker for some, but we have 3 cats. They stay in locked kennels when we aren't home however, so they aren't just running around causing havoc at all hours. We also are very vigilant when it comes to cleaning up after them.

So if you're still interested, feel free to either PM me here, call/text me at 408-891-four eight eight eight, or e-mail me at heysup@gmail.com. Also if you know anyone who is interested feel free to pass my info on to them. Thanks!

You keep your cats kenneled when you are not home?

That's correct. Mostly because our current housemate has his friends coming in and out of the house constantly and 1 of our cats likes to escape, then he freaks out and hides under the house for a few hours until we can finally coax him out . This is pretty much exactly what the kennels look like:
