Walmart has them....(By Sam's near Tower Records)
Just changed my oil this week...
There are three different Fram filters....reg, int, and long lasting...I got the $11 Long Lasting one (7k mi).
I'm not sure what the difference was...The price ranged from $6 - $11.
Make sure you pick up a few of the copper crush washers for the oil plug...I had a bit of a leak...so I had to torque the nut down a bit more...shouldn't have to if I had purchased several last time...

Go to Subaru Parts in Kakaako and pick up PN 15208AA100 I don't recommend fram filters. Look up any oil filter comparions on the web and fram never does well, they use poor materials in the construction. When in doubt, OEM is best.
Read this for example:

And this:

Note he's testing the older filter (080 instead of 100)

I think this picture best shows the difference between OEM and fram:

Since our cars are turbo, the most important thing is that you change the oil often. Dino oil is ok as long as you change it every 2500 miles or less. Last oil change, I was running Mobil 1, and when the oil was coming out I could smell that it was burnt. I don't really wanna use Mobil 1 any more because of that. That's why I'm switching after this, to Royal Purple or Amsoil.
Ok...the wife and I are going to try our first oil change on our own....any hints or ideas....or if you wanna help. I know, i can install parts n stuff but never ever touched the oil hahhaha....
