I need a Transmission for a build.

Lo don't waste your money on building one of these.....get the 6 speed and call it a day...just my opinion

 

i was thinking of doing it, but i donʻt want to deal with the rear diff, axle, shipping...

 

are you referring to the cost of all the shipping? sorry bro to me thats a small price to pay for the 6spd transmission that is more battle proven than the 5spd. especially of that year with the case flex and all.

 

i would really love to but I canʻt get anyone to ship a 6 speed to hawaii.
I know there is other Trans that made it. Mine will make it too.

 

have you tried millenium auto? b4 my unfortunate accident they were willing to ship everything i needed to complete the swap.....

Most trannys are $4000. I really donʻt know how much power the STI Transmissions can handle either. I know my tranny case will flex at 500hp, which i know I am not going to be pushing 500hp. I just need something fast because I tune in April. After the next deployment I can get a STI tranny. By then Iʻll probably be in the Mainland.

 

Have you looked at gear sets? There are so many now, not just ppgs
