Hmmm...okay, so the car is still for sale. I'm reducing the price as far as I can go now...$21,000. That's a really, really good price for this car so hopefully someone here will pick it up and walk away with a great car.

Don't have the $$$ on hand? My credit union is currently at 4.75 to 5.25% interest on a used car loan. The low interest helps a lot to keep the payments down...approx. $396/month for 60 months, assuming zero down payment. That's definately not bad. I believe they will go even longer on the term to get the payment even lower...maybe.
If you have at least average credit and income, qualifying for a loan shouldn't be much of a problem (the low selling cost will help a LOT). Anyway, I don't work for the credit union but can assist with that stuff if financing is a question.
