Check enginee light on w/ crusie control flashing

Hi guys I need your help I have a 2007 wrx 3500 miles with light mods and had the this problem checked out twice and turned off but still comes back. The code reading indicates loose gas cap, I have changed the gas cap and still the lights shows up again. Any suggestions what this might be? Thanks guys

You sure that's the only code?
What is the code you pulled?
Are you turning the cap a few clicks?

you gotta turn the cap till it clicks, then turn it another half turn. if you are doing that then you are gonna have to port the codes and what mods you have

im pretty sure theres no gas cap code that exists. im pretty sure youre referring to a code that concerns an evap leak. in this case sounds like its a small one. its not always a gas cap. youd have to take it to a shop to find the leak. or if you know a mechanic that has the tools to do the tests.

Have you ever had your air injection solenoids replaced? They've been known to go bad on 06-07 wrx... hope that isn't the issue with your car because it is costly.

Yes yes it is. We just surf everywhere. Rush hour is not bad because coconuts are handed out as people wait in surfer traffic

Lol and how am I bitter? I was first referring to the person directly above me.

But once again, you're from Cali, and in the hawaii section. I think you guys post in every single one of our threads. And then as us where are we located at.

take it easy brah, its no big deal, people from the sac section post in the socal section and vice versa, it's not entirely exclusive, especially when it's someone trying to be helpful
