Are you military? If you are, go to the hobby shop. I went to the one next by the NEX (471-9072). They have TIG, MIG, and a gas welder. I forgot how much they charge to borrow their equipment but it's a good and cheap place to learn. They have a tech on hand that can assist you if you have questions or need assistance. I spent $8 to MIG weld my stock exhaust. Not a bad deal. You'll need to provide your own blades if you borrow their circular saw to cut your exhaust. Or, I have a circular saw and can cut it for you. I'd offer to weld but I am a novice and would feel bad seeing my shoddy welds on someone else's car; especially trying to tig weld your tip.

This. And they sell the blades for a buck... if they didn't increase the price since I put in my Tacoma's suspension.

Damn really? Does anyone want to let me into a hobby shop one of these weekends? I want to bring some stock and get my tig on so I can make my own exhaust =)

Howzit Bro. I'd take you but the car has to be registered to a service member or dependent. The best way is to take off your exhaust and we'll walk it in the shop. I don't know if anyone else can help out before I can. I go to the field this coming weekend and go to TDY right after and won't return until the begining of August if you want to wait til then.

I'm not really in a hurry. I really just want to get back into it. I've made trailers and whatnot with a MIG, just haven't done any welding in a few years.
