your view on overkill

finally dropped the car off @ JL autobody, and decided to repaint the interior pieces in my car along with the other work being done. my question to you guys is, should i just paint the stereo trim, vent rings and center vent trim and call it quits, or should i paint some other things like the door handle piece that pops off, the plate the window buttons sit in, etc.?

....and while im at it, anyone know of a ood place to get my rims powder coated? ive read threw the forum and saw a couple of places, just thught id ask.

what is the purpose of what you're doing your car? do you even have a purpose or are you just spending money just to spend it.

I know of some people that have painted the trim inside the car and it looks ok in some colors but not all... again what is the purpose?

man just do whatever looks good to you and don't worry bout what other people think. who cares if someone thinks your car looks gay. if your gonna do it then do it. you wouldn't be asking if you didn't want to so just go for it. you can always go buy new trim pieces if you don't like it. when you ask a question like this your gonna get a million different answers because everyone has their own style. i think that is what jon is getting at. what's your style? have a goal and a dream for your car and work twords it. that way you don't have to ask if it looks cool cuz it won't matter. if it's in the plan then do it, if not screw it. i think i'm one of the few that doesn't agree with the blue STi interior and some of the funky pieces inside... which leaves me to my neverending quest to seek a toatl black interior.

i think your car should be fine in red- your one of a very few. do it. who cares what we care?
