I finally d/l'd the WRX getting smoked. As far as the togue thing goes, the Suby driver didn't stay too close, huh? If he would have been able to, would it have been legal for him to pass the Corolla?

As far as the Touge is concerned, you can't pass. The rules are pretty simple though, if you keep up from behind, you win, if you get left behind, you lose.
