Well, that's easily explainable.
In order to sell a car for $30k with Brembos front and rear, a driver controlled diff, forged and hyper innards, and very tight suspension....you've GOT to sacrifice something.
$19k well refined Civic SI with 132 ft/lbs torque>$30k ugly, bone-jarring rocket? No way.

lol, this guy I work with bought a new Civic Si for ~$22k. He asked how much I paid for my WRX, I said $20k w/4500 miles. You should have seen the look on his face, his jaw dropped, priceless. I could tell he felt sick.
