are we required to purchase the AccessTuner software
prior to Him coming down to tune the car? if not will
there be a special pricing for the accesstuner
software if it's required since the protuner software
requires accesstuner file types?
[mwarfield] No software is required we are authorized Pro Tuners and
have
the software to create maps for the AccessPort
how long a stretch of road is needed?[mwarfield] Preferably something
we
ran run at least to redline in 3rd gear, 4th for STI's.
can any turbo be used get a tune? i'm looking at
getting something different than a vf series turbo so
that is a factor. of course i'll have to stay with my
STI 565cc injectors and upgraded fuel pump.[mwarfield] We can tune
pretty
much any turbo, I would like to know before hand all the setups
particulars.
are we required to provide a WB02 system for him or is
he bringing one that we can use on everyones car?[mwarfield] Nope we
have
our own and we bring a back up just incase
what is the approximate time you'll be spending tuning
each car? how will we know that the tune is getting
better/worse with each hour you spend on our cars?[mwarfield] Minimum
of 2
hours (as long as the car warrants that time) but we'll not leave a car
not
done.
if this person is driving our cars and soemthing
brakes while tuning who takes care of that?[mwarfield] To be honest we
cannot warranty anybody's car as we have no idea what defects that car
might
already possess, perhaps anyone that feels strongly about that can
drive the
car themselves.
